I ordered this as a replacement for one I already have. The one I have is still working and this has just been sealed in box. Below are the stats for the product, from the manufacturer site. The item I am selling is still sealed in box and pics are stock photos. Please note that what I have found with these types of soaking tubs is to acclimate them to heat first before putting scalding hot water in the tub. I am not sure if instructions say this, but extreme heat can separate the seams of the PVC. Great for warm soaks and ice baths.
